August Employees of the Month
Summer is wrapping up, and we are celebrating our amazing employees!
From Richfield, for the second month in a row, is Karina! Karina continues to exemplify all that we are looking at Dunkin’ - she is hard working, easy to get along with, and consistently reliable!
MoA’s employee of the month is America! She is consistently helpful, positive, and kind to both her team and her guests.
Rogers’ employee of the month is Jaclyn. Jaclyn has been an eager learner, and source of positive energy for Buffalo. She genuinely cares about everyone she’s working with, and brings a great day with those she’s around. Her manager can always count on her to be a constant source of positivity!
Bloomington’s employee of the month is CJ! CJ is always up to learn anything new and he does a great job keeping the store clean when he's on shift. He always has a great attitude and is eager to help out.
Plymouth’s employee of the month is Michelle! She will be a familiar face to everyone, as she’s been with the Plymouth location since it’s very first day - in fact she was the very first hire we made at that store! She has been a team member, a shift leader, and now is training to be an assistant manager and has really stepped up to help the store and the team grow!
Buffalo’s employee of the month is Sammy! Sammy has been a top team player, not just for Rogers, but also for Buffalo. She’s always willing to help where needed, and does so with a kindness that’s hard to miss. She is continually engaged with what she can improve on. I appreciate your constant desire for growth. Thank you Sammy!
Weaver Lake’s employee of the month is Graciela, one of our best bakers! She consistently does amazing work - her donuts are beautiful and her training is top notch! She is always willing to help out outside of her home store and does a great job of making sure everyone on the bake team is on the same page!
