July Employees of the Month

We know you were all waiting to see the newest recipients of our favorite bright orange hats! July’s employees of the month are amazing - learn a bit more about them below!

From Rogers, we’ve got Chris who is the mastermind behind the awesome donuts at the store! She’s creative and detailed and is the main baker at the Rogers location - meaning she’s the one responsible for some of the best donuts in the northern suburbs!

Ugbat - Chaska

Ugbat has been one of our most reliable high schoolers at the Chaska location. She consistently provides great customer service and is so friendly!

Erica - Zachary Ln.

Erica’s team says that she is the hardest worker in the store! She is a vital part of the morning crew and always willing to help out in any station!

Brittany - MOA

Brittany is relatively new to Dunkin’ but she has learned everything so quickly! She keeps busy by helping guests and greets everyone with a smile!

Alexandra - Plymouth

Alexandra has been a go to for the new manager in Plymouth, and her stability has not gone unnoticed! She is always willing to help and so nice to both co-workers and customers!

From Buffalo, we have another baker, Janessa - one of the original bakers from when the store opened! She’s been with us since the beginning and has been a huge part in the success of the store! She has trained in the other bakers and always ensures things are clean and orderly!

Kaleb - Bloomington

Kaleb is always on top of making sure people are in the right places and eager to understand where he can help. He’s got a great attitude and makes work so fun!

Karina - Richfield

Karina has been with us for a few years now and is such a friendly face in the Richfield store! She is always so happy to be at work and she works so quickly to ensure our guests get where they need to go!!

Aiden - Weaver Lake Rd.

Aiden is a new employee, but he has been a rock star! He’s always willing to come and help if it’s super busy and has become a super crucial member of our weekend staff!
