September Employees of the Month

The fall is upon us, pumpkin spice season is in full swing, and our employees are killing it! This month, we’ve got more employees doing great work and we’re so excited to share them with all of you!

Lilibeth

Lilibeth is our main sandwich maker at the Maple Grove store on Weaver Lake Rd., and no one does it better! She is also learning more stations, which has been awesome! She’s really stepped up to help the store and the whole team has loved having her around!

Samantha

Samantha was employee of the month from our Plymouth location! She has really stepped it up and help me and the team out a lot. She has willing come in on weekends to help us when we are short staffed. She has been willing to stay late if needed if we are behind. She does a fantastic job cleaning, organizing and keeping the store clean without anyone telling her to stay busy. Overall a rock solid team mate!

Alex

We’ve got Alex at our Zachary Lane location in Maple Grove. Alex has been with us a little over a year now and is the Ideal Dunkin employee. There is never any doubt that Alex will be early, rocking the full dress code and ready to provide exceptional guest service. Even as a team member, Alex is a leader among his peers!!! Thank you Alex for all you do for our guests and team. 

Guadalupe

Lupe is our employee of the month from our Mall of America location! Lupe was chosen by his manager because he has continued to grow all through his time with Dunkin! He’s been with us for a while now, and during his time with Dunkin he decided to learn all the on 3 stations and does an amazing job in the all of them. He also knows how to do some extra tasks, like get cold brew, iced coffees, and lemonade ready for our guests!
