Quarter 1 2024 - Employees of the Quarter

Each quarter, we take nominations for employee of the quarter from the entire company and determine one manager and one employee of the quarter. Seeing as their are only 8 employees recognized each year, this is something that we take very seriously!

For Quarter 1 of 2024, we are excited to celebrate Christy from our Rogers store and Yenifer from our Maple Grove location! While both have been with us for less than a year, they have both proven to be invaluable members of their teams.

When asked why Christy deserves to be recognized as the manager of the quarter, her manager Kim said that she has learned her role and the entire business extremely quickly and always ensures things run smoothly. She has been a huge piece in maintaining excellence in the Rogers location and training both team members and other managers.

Christy has been a team favorite since the moment she started with Legacy Concepts and we are excited to see where she goes from here!

Yenifer started as an overnight baker, and quickly decided that she wanted to continue to learn and started splitting her time between baking and working during the day as a team member. Yenifer has become one of the most versatile employees in the entire company, doing everything from making donuts to making drinks and more. Yenifer’s manager, Ryan, has said time and time again that his team is dependent on Yenifer, both for her ability but also for her contagious attitude. She is never without a smile and always ensures that she is ready to help her teammates.

As we celebrate these amazing employees, we also want to acknowledge the hard work of all those nominated this quarter! Congratulations to Harley, Jackie, Derrick, Neveah, Rayven, and Olivia!
