Today, we’re celebrating Princess, one of our best and most tenured employees! Princess has been with Legacy Concepts for 4 years, and has spent time in almost every position we have. From the time she started with us, Princess has had aspirations of growing with us, and we are thrilled to have been a part of her journey!

Princess started out with Dunkin’ as a team member, training to be one of the very first employees at our Mall of America location. From the first day that the MOA store opened, Princess has been a familiar face for our mall employees and a welcoming personality for guests coming in from out of town. She has continuously brought stability and energy to the store, making sure that every guest gets the best service possible. Through her time with us, she has been a team member, a shift leader, an assistant manager, and this year, we were thrilled to have Princess join our management team as the General Manager. In speaking with Princess, she shared that “working for Legacy Concepts has led me somewhere I never thought that I would be, but I’m so happy it did.”
