What is the best way to celebrate an amazing year and an amazing team? At Legacy Concepts, it’s with tacos, awards, ax throwing, and a team favorite - go karts! We pride ourselves on celebrating our teams and their leaders every day of the year, but it isn’t every day that we all get to gather in one place to talk about the year prior and the success that accompanied our team.

Aside from all the fun and games, we had 6 managers awarded last night for their outstanding achievements in 2023. Kim, Antony, Richard, Jon, Ryan, and Nate (not pictured) were recognized for a variety of achievements in their respective restaurants through the year. In particular, Kim was the star of the show, winning first ever General Manager of the Year award. When speaking about Kim, Bruce (Operations Director) put it perfectly: “…She exemplifies the essence of leadership - she not only reaches her metrics (which she does every single month), but takes it a step further and truly embodies our core values.”

After celebrating our team and a wonderful dinner, everyone hit the games and the go karts! We learned that steering a go kart is almost as hard as a Saturday morning rush, ax throwing is not as easy as it looks, and pin ball is a favorite of our Operations Director, Bruce.
