A Day in the Life of a General Manager

Our GMs start their days out early - anywhere from 4:30am to 6:00am early! This means that both to and from work, our managers almost never have to deal with rush hour traffic - one of the many perks of the position! The mornings fly by with customers through the doors and in the drive through, and our managers play a key role in making sure everything goes smoothly. They work side by side with the team all morning and ensure we keep everyone moving with their favorite Dunkin’ treat!

After the main morning business is wrapped up, our GMs could be doing anything from dishes to paperwork to inventory. They wear many hats in the store, and we truly wouldn’t be able to do what we do without them! Outside of the store, we have regular management meetings, lunch and learns, team building events, and more!

For our General Managers, we aim to provide a full suite of benefits in addition to the free coffee and donuts that we all love. Our managers enjoy their medical, dental, and vision benefits paid for entirely by the company, as well as a 401k with no match required that contributes 3% of their salary to an account automatically.
